Welcome to the intersection of daily (non)adventures, scholarly work, and random thing-a-ma-what’s that loosely resemble a well-maintained blog. For those of you who might be interested, I recently “completed” my Master of Arts in Christian Studies and am currently working towards a Master of Divinity at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. When I’m not at school, I serve as Pastoral Intern at Renew Covenant Church in the Northgate Community of Seattle.

A few (really) random tidbits…
I recently wrote my graduate school dissertation and enjoyed doing it.

I’m wondering how I got this far into the list without mentioning I’m from Texas and bleed burnt orange.

To my dearest little ones I am the dragon to be slain. The monster in pillow fights. And the odd, senile guest at tea.

You will know I’m from Texas and bleed burnt orange within 10 minutes of meeting me.

I was an 8-time NBA Champion and 5-time league MVP before the age of 12 and I never once had to leave my backyard.

I once made a rap video with some friends. I wish to do it again.

I’m a fool. A prophet. A voice to call us out of places of false hope.

I once lead an expedition of Optimus Prime, Yoda, Penny from Inspector Gadget, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Pumba & Timon into the underbelly of Antarctica. The rest is classified.

I like dogs.

I’m a rock star in my pj’s and a jabbawockee when no one is looking.

I’ve been known to bring the fun.

I am a relentless Lover, a cultivator of Hope, and an author of Faith.

I like food. Speaking of…

I once worked in a computer store named after a fruit and told a customer to buy a PC.

I currently co-star in a hit dramedy with a few of my friends. The show is called, “Life,” and is never on hiatus. Strangely, we’re still not sure who the writers are.

Good news! It just got picked up for another season…
